From time to time, Leather Company runs various promotions. Discount codes, vouchers, and promotions do not cumulate. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, and only one promotional voucher can be redeemed per order. We reserve the right to alter or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

You have 14 days from delivery to return items for a refund or exchange. Return postage is at the customer's expense. For exchanges, the 14-day period runs from the original delivery date.

Items returned after 14 days will be credited to your E-wallet for future purchases. Made-to-order and altered items are non-refundable unless faulty.

All returns must be in original condition: leather jackets unworn with tags attached; wallets and bags in original branded packaging, undamaged. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 14 working days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, your statutory rights apply and a refund or replacement will be offered.
