Crafted from premium leather, the Ashwood medium crossbody satchel bag is a compact yet stylish essential available in five versatile colours. Featuring a classic flapover design with a top handle and front buckle detail, it combines heritage charm with modern convenience—the flap secures with a hidden slip-in lock beneath the buckle, offering two easy ways to open. Inside, the bag opens to a small front slip pocket with fabric lining, and a main compartment lined with soft suede leather, complete with an internal zip pocket for added organisation. RETURN POLICY
From the date you receive your item, you have 14 days to decide whether it is right for you. Within this period, items may be returned for a refund or exchange, with return postage at the customer's expense.
Where an exchange is requested and the item is not faulty, the original 14-day period runs from the date the original item was received and does not restart with the exchanged item.
Items returned after 14 days will be credited to your E-wallet for the amount paid and may be used against a future purchase. Made-to-order and altered items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
Return conditions:
- All returns must be in their original condition
- Leather jackets must be unworn with original tags attached
- Wallets and bags must be returned in their original branded packaging, undamaged
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 14 working days of receipt. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, your statutory rights apply and a refund or replacement will be offered.
